Can I place a bulk or wholesale order?
As of now we are only able to offer sizes of up to 16 oz. As our company continues to grow being able to accepts bulk or wholesale orders is a goal of ours.
Are your products safe?
Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and IFRA Compliance sheets (with information originating from manufacturers) are always available to our customers. Should this information be inaccessible via our website under the product information please reach out to customer service with any requests.
Products sold on our site should be used for the intended purposes stated only. Products are not to be used by children. Please advise that not all fragrances are safe for skin/body use. Please see the detailed IFRA Sheet on each fragrance oil page to read the safety maximums in various body products. It is the responsibility of the customer to perform their own testing to ensure safety.
How can I view my order history?
In order to view past order history customers will be required to create an account and order under that account. Customers checking out as a guest, you will not be able to view your order history.
How are prices determined?
It is our goal to ensure our product pricing and information listed is up-to-date and accurate, however we are not responsible for any errors or omissions on our site. We reserve the right to cancel an order or items within an order where the pricing is found to be incorrect for any reason. Prices are also subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in market conditions.
Does South FL Candle Supply share my information?
No. We hate when that happens to us, and we know you do, too. We will never share or sell your information to anyone for any reason.
Does South FL Candle Supply have a store where I can browse items?
Yes! South FL Candle Supply does have a showroom available to the public to allow candlemakers to perform in store shopping. No appointment is required, and product purchasing can be picked up the same day.
Do you offer samples?
At this time, we do not offer free samples, but we do have our 2 oz. size that we recommend for samples that you can purchase on our website. They are among the lowest costs in the industry.
Am I able To Request That A Product Be Placed On Hold?
To allow all customers an equal shopping experience we are unable to place any products on hold. Customers are welcome to make an order online and select pick up in store. Once the order is received a staff member will pull the order and send an email to the customer notifying them that their order is ready for pick up. Please do not arrange to pick up an order until you have received an email notification that your order is ready.
